1. Overview
Revcel (“Revcel”, “we”, “us”) provides outbound sales development services for B2B teams: SDR execution, AI-assisted account targeting and list building, outbound calling, meeting scheduling, and a client portal for onboarding and confirmed ICP access. This policy explains how we handle personal information on the revcel.io website, in the Revcel client portal, and when we deliver campaigns.
Revcel handles personal information in two roles. For our own website, portal accounts, and business operations, we decide how information is used. When we process prospect data to run a campaign for a client, we act on that client’s instructions, and the client is responsible for its decisions about that data. Use of the website and portal is also governed by our Terms of Service.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us, book a conversation, or become a client, we collect details such as your name, work email address, company, role, and the content of your messages. Portal accounts include a name, work email address, and role. Clients also provide campaign materials, such as an ideal customer profile, contact lists, brand assets, and messaging input.
Prospect information processed for clients. To build target lists and run outreach we process business contact information about prospects: name, job title, employer, business email address and phone number, and firmographic details. This comes from our clients, from publicly available sources, and from licensed data providers.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which we use for security and reliability. Signing in to the portal sets strictly necessary authentication cookies. The public website does not set advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
3. How we use information
- to provide, operate, and secure the website, portal, and Services;
- to build call lists, make outbound calls, record call outcomes, and schedule meetings under a client’s direction;
- to operate and assess calling work under a client’s direction;
- to respond to inquiries and communicate about an engagement;
- to comply with law and enforce our agreements.
Where European or UK data protection law applies, we rely on contract performance, our or our clients’ legitimate interest in relevant business-to-business communication, and legal obligation as the bases for this processing.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share personal information only with:
- service providers that host and operate our infrastructure, including cloud hosting, database and authentication, file storage, email delivery, background processing, and scheduling tools, each bound to process data only to provide their service to us;
- the client that directed the call, including call activity, outcomes, and booked meetings;
- authorities or other parties where law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Revcel, our clients, or others;
- a successor organization in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, under this policy’s protections.
5. If you received a call from us
If a call reached you through a campaign we operate, you were contacted at your business contact details because a client of ours believed its offering was relevant to your role. You can opt out at any time by telling the caller that you do not want further calls or by emailing hello@revcel.com. We keep suppression records so that opted-out contacts are excluded from future calls for that client.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Campaign data is retained for the client’s engagement and wound down afterward under our agreement with that client. Suppression records are kept so that opt-outs continue to be honored.
7. Security
We protect personal information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls in the portal, and tenant isolation in our databases. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise a right, email hello@revcel.com. We will verify the request and respond within the time the applicable law sets. If your request concerns data we process on a client’s instructions, we may refer the request to that client and support their response. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
9. International transfers
We process personal information on infrastructure located in the United States. Where law requires safeguards for transferring personal information from another region, we rely on appropriate mechanisms such as contractual protections with our clients and service providers.
10. Children
The Services are for business use. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice where required.
12. Contact
Questions or requests about privacy at Revcel can be sent to us any time.
